Thank you again to all who answered my questions. Just a quick update. I decided to call a DA agency in my town. I know two people who have used this agency. They were really nice and answered all my questions. They said that as long as we can get insurance for the baby no insurance for my husband shouldn't be a problem. They also didn't act concerned about my husband being a college student. They are having a free information session two weeks from tomorrow. I talked to DH and we are excited to go and get some more information. I also found out if we choose DA and this agency we can begin the process in January, even though our two year anniversary is not until March. I am really excited to go and get the information.
