Can I eat honey?

I bought some at a farmer's market on Saturday and now I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to eat it!  I guess if I can't I'll give it to my MIL or something.

I do... I have days where peanut butter and honey sandwiches are all I can eat!

ok, here's the story on honey

you can't give honey to babies because their digestive system cannot handle the bacteria in it and they can get sick.  Your digestive system kicks the crap out of anything in the honey.  It is perfectly safe for adults pregnant or otherwise to eat.
