I posted on Monday about my concern of having an ectopic pregnancy. I just got back from my ultrasound and we were able to see a gestational and yolk sac in my uterus!  The tech said that it is too early to see anything else as it is barley measuring 5 weeks.  (They allowed DH to come in after and all he kept asking while looking at the screen was if it was in the right place.)

She also said that I have 2 cysts on my right ovary and that one of then looks irritated (may have been bleeding).  I now have to wait for my family doctor to call me to see how she wants to proceed.  The tech thought that my doctor would want to monitor the cysts closely. I am hoping that she will get me another ultrasound in a couple of weeks to see a heart beat.

I just wanted to thank you all for your encouragement on Monday.  It is awesome to have people who understand all of the concern and anxiety that sometimes we go through.  Thanks again!
