Pregnant after a Loss

Being up all night really stinks!

I'm so sick of being up all night with contractions that are strong enough to keep me awake, but not close enough together or strong enough for them to be "real". The nurse I talked to today said this could go on for weeks. Crying I'm exhausted!

Any other late 3rd tri girls having this?

  • I'm sorry hun.  That must be awful.  Come on, baby...stop teasing your mommy!

  • I wake up with BH - this is a recent thing.  I normally get the at the end of the night.  So I drink water and then go back to sleep.  My pelvic area really hurts too -- which OB says is everything shifting to make room for baby.

Soon valerie we will be up all night no matter what!

  • Yes!  I'm so sick of these stupid contractions.  I went for a long walk (at Target lol) today and I'm thinking sex tonight.  I wish that I would either go into labor or stop having contractions multiple times per day.  Is that really so much to ask?

Oh my gosh! You took the words out of my mouth. Either turn into labor or quit!!!

  • I'm sorry!  I'm not having that, but I've had several nights of "crazy baby kicks" that are so uncomfortable I can't sleep.  I'll stay up until 2:00 and she'll finally chill out enough for me to get some rest.
