XP: Back from NT Scan!

It was an amazing ultrasound! The baby was rolling, waving, jumping (literally!), and moving around so much! It was very cool to see, but unfortunately it made it impossible for them to measure the fold, so we didn't have any results. We decided to proceed with the two blood tests instead of rescheduling the ultrasound. The baby actually measured 12wk2d and the heartbeat was 171!

The ONLY bad part of it all is that we saw AMAZING images throughout the entire ultrasound and then the tech printed us out four of the most awful pictures you've ever seen. I may as well have not gotten print out copies at all for what they're worth really. They all show the baby laying on it side facing us, which makes it fade away and you can't see the defined outline of its head, body, arms, hands, etc. OH WELL! There will be others and our baby is active and healthy and measuring ahead and that's all that matters!
