Is anyone doing a garden/flower and/or butterfly themed nursery? Can you share pictures and/or ideas?
Also, if you are in my search for ideas I noticed that Pottery Barn Kids and Land of Nod has a lot of cute decor, but I also came across this website that has a lot of unique decor and is cheaper than PBK. So I wanted to share.
Re: Anyone doing a garden/flower and/or butterfly themed nursery?
Her nursery is all kinds of bugs. Her bedding is ladybugs and dragonflies but I used some butterflies too. I made a little picket on one of her walls and painted grass behind the fence. The bugs are flying up from he grass. Here are some pics. It is hard to get a good picture of her 'bug wall' though. I leaned more towards the ladybug side though. Hope this gives you some ideas : ) Have fun getting it ready!!!
I wouldn't say that my nursery is garden/flower or butterfly, but leaning more towards a park theme. It has trees, a pond, clouds with hot air baloons and birds, butterflies, frogs and rabbits (all wall decals from fawnandforest.com). I'm also using the Brooke bedding from PBK. I have been looking for a mobile to hang above the changing table we are going to purchase. The website you gave has just what I was looking for and at a much lesser price than some other sites I have been searching. Thanks so much for sharing!
We're doing a butterfly theme. Her bedding is CoCaLo's "Sugar Plum" from BRU:

We painted the room lavender and are using white and pink accents. I really like the way it came together!
