With your last pregnancy, did you despise a name DH picked, but now it is starting to grow on you?
DH said he's always wanted the name Seamus Michael for a boy. I was not a fan at all when I was pg before, but now it's starting to grow on me and I'm actually starting to like it. Now, how to tell DH I like it without making him think he won this battle???
Re: Poll: Did you despise a name DH picked...
Aw, let him "win." It will make him feel good.
DH loves Julius with the NN "JJ" and that's just never going to happen. I really don't like initials as NNs, sorry DH.
Haha, that is true, I could just let him win and keep him happy.
I agree, I'm not a big fan of initials as NNs either.

Our family is complete!
This was my main concern too, but I guess it's becoming more popular now so maybe the kids will be more accepting? I hope, haha.
DH picked our little guy's name (Henry) - I really didn't like it at first, I thought it was dorky and I told him no way.
But then it started to grow on me, and now after deciding that it's his name, I just love it more and more every day. And it makes me happy to know we have a name for our boy that my DH loves.
With my 1st pg I was only 6.5 wks along when it was discovered it was an ectopic pg so we really hadn't discussed anything baby related at that time.
I've thrown out a few baby names to dh but he hasn't said much about them. He hasn't suggested any names to me yet. I have a feeling this will be one area where we don't really agree.
