You just mix a boxed cake mix with a can of diet soda and bake. It's apparently delicious, and I will be trying it very soon.

It is very good, esp. with Cool Whip light for icing.

i think the reason they say diet soda is because its a ww recipe...i never made it w regular soda but think the carbonation would be the same which, i think, is why it works...gl

lol...i was curious how many would try this after i posted it yesterday i was going to make some but it was my grandmas bday so we were having cake anyway...but the soda cake is so much better!! glad you liked it!!
