Pregnant after a Loss

Ugh, this bloat...

is killing me! ?I'm running out of flow-y shirts and dresses to wear. ?I can't zip up any skirts so I had to buy new stretchy ones. ?I don't know if my small frame is making it feel worse than it is, but there is just no way I am going to be able to hide this bloated belly when I go back to work at almost 11 weeks. ?I don't mind the miserable feeling that comes along with it, I'm mostly worried about not being able to hide it until the end of August like we planned. ?

So tell me, when did your bloat go down and isn't there anything I can do to help it?

  • love the baby bloat! It will be a nice little bump in no time! :) You're at a hard stage..I loved my belly band, that really seemed to help me out....I dont have any other suggestions really....before you know it you'll be in maternity clothes!! :)

  • Actually my bloat is subsiding a bit this week. I am still puffed out by the end of the day but it doesn't hurt like it did at the beginning. I found that wearing pants the next size up (fortunately for me I have a stash of fat pants!) works much better than the bella band. I wore it yesterday and could feel bloat by the end of the day. Today fat pants and didn't feel as bad.
