  • This is my schedule on a good week, usually Sunday, Tues and Thurs are non-negotiable. 

    Sunday: 6-8mile run, 30 minute weights

    Monday: 3-5 mile run

    Tuesday: 1 hour weights

    Wed: spin class

    Thurs: 1 hour weights

    Friday: 3-5 mile run

  • today, I did some crunches until he screamed while doing tummy time. I think it was three or four minutes.

    I also try to suck in my gut while I carry him. that counts as core strengthening, right??

  • I do a day of weights and cardio (about 45-60 mins). Then I do a day of 40 minutes of pilates. Then I have a day off. And repeat.

     It is hard to find time to go to the gym but I take my LO with me and leave her in her carrier. She usually sleeps but if she doesn't sleep, then she just sits and watches me (it's so cute!).
