After googling and reading on B6 to lengthen my LP, I wondered when you started to take it ( a few days after O, as I read or earlier?), how many ml's you take/took (I understand it can be detrimental if too much), if you take it as a B complex or just a B6 vitamin and if you consulted your OB prior to doing this?
Thank you for the feedback. I'd like to give it a try right now and am curious what successes other gals have had. I need a "how-to" basically.

first of all your little one is verry cute!
with B vitamins they are water soluble so whatever your body doesnt use you eliminate through urination. that's why when you take a B complex vitamin it can make your urine have an interesting odor (sorry if TMI)
i actually take something called Emergen C everyday. its got a little extra of everything like Vit C, folate, calcium, magnesium etc.. it's comes in a packet that you add to water and its effervescent (sp?) it comes in different flavors and formulas like extra calcium, a daily multivitamin, one for joint health etc..

I took it for a few months and noticed no difference so I stopped.
I had 100mg of it as a single vitamin, found it at Target hidden among the Bs.
I also tried a B-complex. My RE basically told me that stuff doesn't work. *sigh*.
I think I do remember only taking it for half my cycle? I looked back at my charts and it seems sporadic so not sure what my reasoning was!?
Good luck. I know from experience all about short luteal phase. Mine has rarely been longer than 9 days.?
