Looks like there is a new list from consumer reports.
Highest "crash protection" ratings is teh Cosco Scenera (which got lower ratings on ease of use and rear-facing fit and only has a 40 pound FF weight limit).
It doesn't look like they assessed the seats for RF safety, but I can't really tell.
FWIW, we got the Britax Marathon, and I'm pretty happy with it. The Boulevard is higher-rated on Consumer Reports, though.
Highest rating overall (considering crash protection, RF fit, FF fit, and ease of use) went to the Evenflo Triumph Advance Preier and the Evenflo Triumph Advance LX/DLX. Next was Britax Diplomat and then the Boulevard.
Look closely, though, at the RF and FF height and weight limits. if you have a 99th %ile kid like I do, that can make a big difference. No way was I buying a diplomat with a lower height and weight limit when we'd just have to replace it eventually.
