Welcome back!  I love the Keys.  Where did you stay?

We stayed in Islamorada. We rented 2 houses (there were 14 of us).  It was a lot of fun and it only rained 2 days but as you know, not for very long. We went down to Key West one day and went to a few bars, our favorite was the Hog's Breath Saloon.  They had a guy there playing some music and we really enjoyed it. And they had yummy rum runners.  We had dinner at Michael's and then watched the sunset in Mallory Square.

I see that you are in Annapolis. My dad and brother live there. My brother is in Hunt Meadow and my dad is in Wild Rose Shores.  Annapolis is a great place. We were just back for a visit in May. It was during commissioning week and the blue angels were practicing. It was really cool.  I grew up in Vienna, VA but we did a lot of sailing when I was a kid in the Chesapeake.

    I got married in KW (you may have seen from my profile).  I love the keys.  Sounds like you had a fun time.  I think you are brave for heading down there in July...it had to have been HOT!

    I don't know where Wild Rose Shores is located.  We were out on our boat for the Blue Angels.  My two year old loved it. 

    Next time you come for a visit...let me know!
