Where to get replacement parts for Playtex?

My SIL breastfed for a little bit and her pump broke. Playtex sent her a new pump but by the time that she recieved it, she no longer used needed it because she couldn't BF anymore due to infections.

So she gave me the new pump they sent her. But they didn't send her any parts. It only has the pump and the tubes.

Does anyone know where I can get the rest of the parts from? Looks like I need

soft comfort breast cups

breast cup holders

breast cup bases

pump valves

I tried on their website but didn't find anything. Should I call the company? But I feel like they would frown upon how I got the pump and not want to help me.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
