Tell me About Thrush

I'm currently on antibiotics for mastitis & will finish this tomorrow. A few days before I came down w/ full blown mastitis symptoms, I noticed a sharp pain in my left breast. I assumed this was from the mastitis, but now it's back again. I guess this is also a thrush symptom? Is it possible to have thrush in only one breast? 

Oh, I asked about the pain at my 6 wk check & the nurse said to watch out for mastitis symptoms but she didn't see an issue then - it was a few days later that the mastitis came up. Should I just call the OB back or an LC?
