my OB is closing her practice

My OB is selling her practice and leaving at the end of this month!!   I have been recomended a few OBs to change to but I dont know the questions to ask when interviewing them.  What do I need to talk about when interviewing?

(I seem to ask all sorts of what to do questions on here dont I! )

Hello - sorry to hear about your OB...that stinks!  I would first of all make sure you are comfortable with your new OB ( you should "click" with your doctor).  Here are some ideas for questions for you: Find out how many docs are in the pracitce and the likelihood that your doctor will be delivering your baby (larger practices have more docs rotating on-call, so you may not get your doc when the time comes).  Also, think about what preferences you have with regards to delivering and make sure he/she is cool with that.  Does your doctor have a PA that they use?  What hospital can your doc deliver at?  what schedule is your doctor available for appointments (some work at multiple sites)?  Just some ideas...good luck!

I'm not sure what questions to ask, but I absolutely love my ob/gyn.  she's amazing and so patient.  she delivered both of my kiddos.  Sara Jurney at www.completewomenscarecenter.com. 

i also like that their practice offers a lot of other stuff too like skin rejuvination and laser removal.  haven't been able to use any of them yet, but might in the future.
