I'm unfortunatly on bedrest for the next 2 weeks so no exercise for me. I'm just trying to watch what I eat so I don't gain a bunch of weight. If I could, I would be walking on the treadmill.

My weekend was good. Went way to fast. I've been having pain on my left side and right under my left ribs. I'm praying it is just gas and not an e/p. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.
I've been doing exercise videos and taking my dog for walks. Lindsay Brin has this workout series with videos for each stage of pregnancy (1st tri, 2nd tri, 3rd tri, and after baby boot camp). I bought it in a series and so far it is really good. I would recommend this to people looking for pregnancy workouts. Each video has a cardio/toning workout and a yoga workout with actual pregnant women in the videos. Really cool!
I'm feeling good and the weekend went well but like always too short. This week I'm going to try to go swiming a couple of days and then on Friday we leave for the lake!!! Last week I just made sure to walk the dogs when it wasn't too hot. Hope everyone is doing well.

Tonight is softball, tomorrow is volleyball, Wednesday - Friday will be swim, bike, or jog (based on how I am feeling).

ugh, I'm nauseous and light headed and exhausted. hehe.
My weekend was good. We went to a wedding with all of DH's friends there and a girl asked me if I was pg (DH said that he didn't want to tell anyone this time until we were farther along) and I sortof lied, more like avoided actually answering the question. Then 30 seconds later all the guys came running up to me congratulating me. I just looked at the girl and sheepishly grinned. she said, you lied to me and then laughed saying she completely understood. Silly DH, he just can't keep his mouth shut.
I had a great weekend! Sunday was me and DH's 6 year anniversary. Aww.
As far as fitness goes, so far I've been taking 30-45 minute walks 4-5 times a week.
Good morning!! Weekend was good. Didn't do a whole lot b/c I just don't feel well enough to do much. And it's hard to go out when you have to be sick all the time and no one knows why. I've been trying to walk with a neighbor but again I just haven't felt good enough. I'm going to try again this week. I'll have to look up those exercise videos smallfry4 use.
My official EDD from the dr is 3/18 now.

I did cardio or swimming 5 days last week! This week I'm going to slowly add back in strength training. I'm also considering joining the old ladies water fitness class since prenatal water fitness was cancelled.
I've been nauseous off and on and had some gagging, but no vomiting yet. However, I'm always hungry and rarely want to eat. Ugh.

My weekend was fabulous. They are too darn short tho. We told my family last night, which was really fun. And I got to get some exercise in over the weekend taking a long walk with DH and DD. It was nice.
My fitness goals for the week are sad. I just aspire to do SOMETHING. I've been so tired lately that I haven't even been taking my walks. I'm also not eating very much, still no appetite, so the last thing my food-deprived body wants to do is exercise. Hopefully in the second tri things will look up!

My weekend was good. DH and his dad worked on installing two more windows at our house. 5 more to go! I haven't had much for symptoms. My gums are sore and inflammed sometimes and I had some mild nausea here and there. Nothing like last time.
DH and I were on vacay last week and the only exercise I got in was a bike ride. It was 14 miles, but I started spotting after that and haven't done any exercising since other than a 30 minute walk on Friday. I have my gym bag in the trunk and I plan to get to the YMCA after work for some cardio and maybe weights.
I have my follow up u/s this Friday at 11:00. I'm taking the day off. Why not?

My dr found a subchorionic hemorrhage at my ultrasound last week. I had some spotting a week before the ultrasound. I know they are pretty common, but I think she is just being extra careful because of my history. I have my first "official" appt on August 10. Hopefully at that time the hemorrhage will have gone away and I can get back to normal life
Until then I'm just praying that this baby is a fighter and grows strong.
GOAL: STOP stuffing face with food.
I had my Dr's appointment on Friday and everything (so far) looks good... we got to see/hear the heart beat which was reassuring... I go back in two weeks for another look-see.
I havn't been feeling very good... but I am just taking that as a sign that things are hopefully going well and LO is healthy.
I am so sorry to see that we have lost a few lucky clovers - my heart goes out to you guys and hopefully you will be back soon!

I am well, just very tried. I took friday. I was just exhausted. I couldnt walk I was so tired. my weekend was good. Finally it felt like summer here in NH.
my workout routine hasnt been what it used to be. I am just so tried. I taught a bodypump class saturday and picked up a prenatal yoga dvd. I have not tried it yet.
So here is what I am planning on it being this week.
Monday: lifting upper and lower body on luch hour. I changed to lighter weight.
Tuesday: walk 3 miles on Lunch hour, PM yoga DVD.
wednesday: walk 3 miles on lunch hour, PM teach muscle class
Thursday: walk 3 miles on lunch hour, PM yoga DVD
Friday: walk 3 miles on lunch hour.
Saturday: teach bodypump class, walk 3 miles outside
Sunday: walk 3 miles outside, yoga dvd.

As for exercise, i had moles taken off last week and i have stitches on my chest and my stomach. They are both in tough spots that hurt when they get rubbed by my bra, but i get them taken out on Wednesday, so i'll start workin out again on Thursday..even though i REAALLLLYYY don't want to. hhahaha.
It's great to see everyone. I was off for a few days with an incredibly busy day in the office on Thursday and then our u/s on Friday afterwhich dh and I spent the day together outlet shopping and what not.
The u/s went really well, thank God. We saw the hear beating away (154 b/m) are measuring right on time and got our due date bumped up by one day... we are now looking forward to March 7th.
As for working out, I really need to get back on the move. I have been so tired and naseous lately. So, I have plans to go walking and purchased a prenatal yoga dvd, but yet to put those good intentions into action. Hopefully, this week will be better than last.
The weekend was good but since DH had to work Sat we didnt get much time to do anything together.
Working out hasn't chnged much for me, yet. Sinc eI haven't had any trouble with m/s yet (believe me I am begging for it to come in) I have still been going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week. I do mostly cardio with some easy weight training. I am still working on my abs because I know from experiance that as soon as I get m/s that will be out the window.
yesterday was the best day of the whole weekend!! Dh and I went for a bike ride along this really pretty river in boston - there is an awesome view ! ! we biked from boston to cambridge and ate ice cream at my hands down favorite ice cream shop!!! then we biked home, we out to dinner and saw the movie "the hangover" -
feeling good - just not much of an appetite,
Thanks!!! Hope you recover soon from having the moles removed. A friend of mine just had to have that done last week. Ouch!

my name is kim...kge13...right now i'm due march 19...although i have my first ultrasound on aug 3rd...and i have a feeling my due date is going to be later because i think i ovulated later this cycle....
my husband is away in china for business until aug 2nd!! and i miss him so much...cant wait til he gets home!!!
hung out with my sister this weekend ... she is marrying my husband's brother on september 26 (one day before our one year anniversary! ) we got my matron of honor dress!!
i usually LOVE exercising....although with all of the issues with my cervix i have to keep it down this pregnancy...no lifting over 10 pounds and no strenuous exercise....i do leisurely 3 mile walks at the park at least 5 times a week.

Hello ladies!
I was very sad to go back to work today after my week of vacation....but It went well! I am not adding in any exercise this week.....I will have enough on my plate getting back into work. I am constantly walking and running around at work and I am sooooooo tired after my first day back.
I am giving myself this week to get into the flow and then exercise next week!
