She has her head down now and she keeps pushing and it is so painful I feel like I need to hold her in! Tell me I am not the only one :)

    You are definitely not alone!!  I feel the same way every time I stand up from sitting for a long time!

    HAHAH!  I actually grabbed my belly at Walgreens the other day and said "KNOCK IT OFF OR YOU"RE GOING TO FALL OUT!"  The pharmacist thought it was hysterical.  I'm carrying INSANELY low according to my doc.  The baby is hanging out well below my belly button...has room to move up but apparently likes it down there which I think makes it feel more like that
