Taking Steps?

What would u constitute as taking steps...for the past week or 2 Jack has been taking 2-4 steps then falling down. Today he had it up to 6 or so steps walking from a table to my stepson...I know it will prolly be a lil more time before he's full on Walking (which gives me a lil more time to make sure everything is extra baby proof)  but I'm curious if this is when I write down his first steps.. He gets so excited abbout it especially if he's going towards his big brother!!

Re: Taking Steps?

  • I'm not sure how that works, but wow! What an early walker! Go, Jack!

  • I don't know but a couple steps constitutes "first steps" to me. He's not walking but taking his first steps, if that makes sense! It's so fun to watch, isn't it?! :)

  • I called "first steps" the first time I saw Liam take a couple of steps without holding onto anything.  It was about 3 weeks later when he started really walking.

Go Jack - that's awesome! :)  If he was already cruising a lot, I didn't really find that Liam got into any extra trouble once he started walking.  We've enjoyed it! :)

  • I certainly count that as steps. AT is doing the same thing, he takes more and more steps everyday. I have yet to be quick enough to catch it on camera. Hopefully I will soon.

    Way to go Jack!
