drank last night

Last night we went out and I had about 3/4 beers and I pumped and dumped when I got home and now i'm wondering if i should be ok to breastfeed this morning when my LO wakes up or should i formula feed?  Anyone know?

i never dump my milk. your body metabolizes one drink an hour. if you are too drunk to drive you are too drunk to BF

No need to pump and dump. Having 1 or 2 drinks will hardly effect your BM. If you are sober enough to drive, you are sober enough to BF. Also, the best time to BF is while you are drinking!
