Bday party on the farm

Outfit ideas needed for my little girls We're having DD#2's 1st bday party at a local farm (early Oct.) I'm trying to come up with cute yet practical outfits for the girls (no frilly 1st bday party dress etc.) There is a petting zoo, pig races, cow train ride, bouncing pillow etc. so I want them to able to run, jump, play and get dirty but I also want a special bday outfit especially for my little one and not just play clothes.

I'm thinking of a denim overalls/skirt with fall colored bright tights/top and maybe a big sunflower headband? I haven't really found anything that fits the bill anywhere yet. Anyone with any suggestions?

Wait for the fall Gymboree line.  Last year they had the cutest orange cable knit cardigan and skirt set that would be perfect for what you're doing.  I'm sure they'll have something similar.
