My sister had a baby on Monday and we have been over to her house all day everyday since Wed and I am tired of the drive and then the 8+ hours of family time.
not to mention the kids don't nap when we go over there.
Yesterday DS had a fit in Target because I would not buy him a toy.
I was "That woman" in the store, it is so out of character for him, & I just wanted to walk away from the screaming stranger sitting in my shopping cart. :O(

If I leave here tomorrow, would you still remember me. For I must be traveling on now. Because there are too many places I've got to see. -Allen Collins & Ronnie VanZant
My favorite verse!
I am glad that DH has gone down to our house to mow the lawn. He's been home for 3 days with a strained back, and he's driving me up the wall and screwing up the kids' schedule.

due to the above statement I have no forgotten what I was going to say.? Other than how are you not puking??

LOL I love pickled beets and eggs! I stayed up late last night roasting beets and then pickling everything and then couldn't wait to get up this morning to eat it ?

I was having such a hard time getting DS to bed last night that I told him if he went to bed without a fuss he could do whatever he wanted today. The kicker? I am at work all day and he is with daddy. Which means daddy has to let DS do whatever, because mommy said it was alright.
Oops.

I made banana bread for breakfast and indulged in two pieces. Totally Kris's fault for talking about it all day yesterday.
I let the girls eat breakfast in the playroom watching TV...which is still on. (It usually goes off at 8 or 8:30, but I'm tired and the nanny gets here in 30 minutes.)
I'm putting my mom to work when she gets here to clean out all my clutter so I can sell my house.
I am going shopping at the outlet stores today. I will probably buy clothes for the kids that they do not need. And, I am mostly going there because I want to go to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and buy Avalanche Bark for myself (and plan to eat the entire square today!). Yum!
I am on the bump waiting for the speech therapist, who is now 5 mins late. DS is running around, waiting for her too. he is at his chalk board drawing a sun!!
I hate flip-flops. I just bought a pair for the first time to wear in my house but can't imagine ever leaving the house in them. I consider it the same as going out in slippers.
these are hilarious! I"m LMAO while I eat at my desk.
Me: We are celebrating DS's 3rd bday tomorrow - which means the in-laws (DH parents and SIL w/ her 2 whiny kids) have to come over too. Thankfully they live 2.5 hrs away and will only be over for a few hours, since they don't stay overnight. FIL is fine. It's MIL and how she always has to complain about everything, won't leave the couch the entire time, and whine about why my DD is the only granddaughter but I never put her in a dress... and on and on (I do put her in dresses, but I'm thinking of putting her in pants tomorrow just to keep pushing her button). lol

mominator, my digestive system bows to your obviously superior one LOL
I'm still in bed.
MH is home until August 10th (when he starts his new job/when we move). Anyway, I like to sleep in and he gets up with Jackson.
Although in my defense, Jackson usually gets up between 8-9, so it's not like MH is getting up at 6am or anything.
I bought hooker boots last week and I love them.
