STTN at 7wks??

Can you tell me if this is OK??  DD slept from 10 - 4:30 (last nursed around 9/9:30) - I woke to pump a bit around 4 then woke her (she was starting to stir) at 4:30. 

I am always concerned about her NOT nursing enough - but she wouldn't sleep if she was hungry, right?? 

She woke again around 7AM to nurse and is still sleeping - growth spurt?  (this is not her usual pattern).

as long as she is at her birthweight or not underweight, I wouldn't wake her! ENjoy!

my daughter did the same thing last night.  slept from 10p to 4a nursed thenslept till 7a and nursed.  I think its tottally fine as long as they are gaining weight and having dirty diapers. Lets be HAPPY woo hoo!

My dd started sleeping from 7:00pm - 3 or 4:00am at 5 weeks and I was so worried.  I asked the pedi if it was ok and she laughed and told me to enjoy it because it wouldn't last forever.  She was right.  Now that dd is 4 months I'm lucky if I get a 5-6 hour period of solid sleep from her thanks to the growth spurt shoes going through.  It happens about 3 nights a week and the rest of the time she wakes up every 4 hours to nurse and nurses every 2-3 hours during the day.

At 7 weeks my DS started STTN (5 hours in a row) and then at 9 weeks he was sleeping 12 hours and almost a year later still does.  Like you I was concerned but my doctor assured me that obviously he's getting enough food during the day to not have to wake up at night and not to worry.  Babies only wake up at night when their hungry.  Like PP said, as long as she's still gaining weight and has enough wet diapers a day, its fine.

 I wanted to add that because DS STTN so young, I had to pump at 10 pm and then again at 7 am to keep my supply up.

Ohhhh, I am so jealous!  My DD still wakes every 2 hours like clockwork to feed!
