I was diagnosed with PCOS about 4 years ago. I am on a Metformin and Dexamethasone combo daily. We are just now starting to think about getting pregnant. 
I want to start trying in a month or so. I am going to discuss pregnancy with my OB at the beginning of August. Although she told me with my stable hormone levels I shouldn't have a problem getting pregnant. It is the staying pregnant thing that scares me most. Hopefully I can learn a thing or two on here about starting a family, motherhood experiences and how some of you in similar situations as me, have dealt with the hand that God has given us. ?
I just turned 27 and I feel my clock ticking. Literally I just turned 27 on Sunday. Something inside screamed "BABY!" lol. I just want to make sure I am in the healthiest position to carry before I try.

Hi! I also have PCOS and I'm on Metformin. However I don't know what Dexamenthasone is? Good Luck on your journey...it took us a year to get preggers with dd. I got preggers on my first month of Metformin / Clomid mix.
