This is really weird, I'm not sure what's going on with me. Over the past 24 hours, my joints have been aching terribly as if I'm 80 and I have severe arthritis. It came on so suddenly, I'm baffled and a little bit freaked with what's going on with me. I'm 32 years old, and generally very healthy - never had an issue like this before. During the day I was ok, joints felt a little achy, but I just kept doing my thing. By the evening though, I could hardly pick up my 5 month old. What the hell??
I'm going to make an appointment to see my doctor, but truthfully, I'm weirded out by this. Against my better judgment I did a google search on sudden achy joints and now my head is swimming with thoughts of lupus, MS, fibromyalgia, all that scary stuff. I just want to be able to take care of my kids! I say a prayer every night thanking God for my kids' health, and praying for their continued health, but I never realized how much I take my own health for granted until I started feeling like this. Ugh. I hope it's nothing.?
Re: I almost couldn't pick up my baby tonight

When I was a kid I caught some weird flu virus that settled into my joints and presented itself in such a way that I could not walk for almost two weeks! It was the weirdest things, I was in the hospital and doctors could not figure out what was going on and then all the sudden I was fine again.
I am not saying it is the exact same thing because my case was a bit extreme but maybe you have some sort of virus that is affecting your joints?
Do you live in CT? Every time I hear joint issues, I think Lyme Disease.
Definitely make the appt. No matter what it is, it sounds like something that should be seen asap!
could it be lymes? I also find my joints are really stiff and sore with all this freakin rain.
here's my advice---DON"T GOOGLE!!! Google is NOT your friend!!!
good luck! hope your doc has some answers and solutions! {{hugs}}
