Possible to make Target registry "private"?

I want to make a wish-list for our baby without having others see it (second child).  I hate to write everything down that we need if there's a way to make the registry private.

Any idea?

they have a "wish list" function that you can use the same as a registry but make private.

You can make your actual registry private with Target. No need for a fake name or wish list.

I remember the kiosk asked me if I wanted to make the registry private or not when I started it in the store. I'm not sure if you can change it online but I'm sure you could call or go up to target and they would take care of it for you
