Throw it in the crock pot with a can of cream of chicken soup, onion, potatoes and carrots. (The soup makes the juice into gravy.) We did that with a beef roast a couple of days ago. SOOO good.
I usually throw it in the crockpot with a packet of Dry Lipton Onion Soup, 2 cups of water, some celery, pepper to tast, and a bay leaf. Let it cook on low for about 4 hours, then add in carrots and red potatoes. Cook on low another 2 hours and it is delish!
Mix Lipton Onion Soup Mix, a bottle of country french salad dressing
and a can of whole cranberry sauce together and pour it over the pork.
You can cook it in the oven or in the crock pot. It sounds weird but
it's soooo good. I've also replaced the cranberry sauce with a can of
peaches (whole or you can cut them up) and it's also really good.
Cook 6-8 hours. Add potatoes 2-4 hours before completion if you want them. Not necessary, though, because it's also excellent shredded up in tacos or on sandwiches.
