Questions for new Dr.

I don't post here often but am hoping for your input:

 

I'm going to see a new Dr. on Wednesday and am pretty sure AF will be here this weekend so it will be a new cycle. (Darn.)

I'm 36 so I have a lot of age related questions I'm going to fire off but what additional questions should I go prepared with?

AND what types of testing do you think I should ask for/discuss?  I want to go prepared...it's a smaller practice so I'm excited about not being herded through the office like cattle.

    Have you done any testing yet?  My dr told me when I went in that the more info I could give him on me, the better.

    I didn't really have a lot of questions for my dr.  He asked me a ton of questions.  He also looked at my charts.  Then, he gave me a list of the tests I should have done:  progesterone, E2, FSH, HSG, etc. Also, an SA for DH.  I had a few questions for him, but they were very cycle specific to me.
