This sucks...

A pb&j on whole wheat with organic peanut butter and honey is gonna cost me 8 WW points.

I want it, but I won't eat it.

    I have a pb&j, whole wheat bread, low sugar jelly and no sugar added pb and it is 4 points.  Love it!

  • No, I get it from any grocery store around here.  No TJ's in my area.  I just like organic peanut butter with honey.

    Nope.  The organic pb has 210 cals per 2 tbsp and the regular has 190.  The honey has 60 cals per tbsp.

    I'm sure it isn't because the pb is organic, but because it doesn't have the added sugar that Jif or Skippy has...for the point difference.

    Eat some fruits and veggies...skip the carbs and sugar...there isn't much healthy about that sandwich...unless its a serious craving..then cut somewhere else today.

  • I really miss the bread.  I just had some rigatone with broccoli and chcken.  There's some sauce left over.  I want so bad to just butter a piece of bread and sop it up.  Then coworker is making a pb&j...I smell it...and melt into pieces.  I miss my bread sooooooooo bad I cannot describe it.  It won't be so bad once I getbetter bread.  My bread now is Dutch Country 100% whole wheat - 100 calories per slice.  I hear the Pepperidge Farm has a significantly less amount of calories.
  • I don't know if it would satisfy your craving, but I usually will get a multigrain or wheat Arnold Thin (1pt) or you could do light wheat bread (also usually 1pt), only 1tbsp PB (mine is 2pts), and then whatever else you want on it, honey, jelly, etc...  You can satisfy the craving, just maybe think a little smaller  scale....
  • I have 8pts left for today, but usually have a banana in the afternoon for 2pts.  I think I might do one slice of bread with regular pb (or organic if a 1/2 tbsp equates the same pts) with honey.  I just need the taste on my tongue!!
  • I ate two of the kids frosted animal cookies yesterday and I was in h.e.a.v.e.n.
