Did they happen to give you a pp support belt/binder?  I thought I had heard that they did but want to be sure.  Thanks!

    Yup- they did.  I loved that thing.  It's tight and you'd think it'd hurt after having a c/s, but it made it feel so much better!

    Yes, I got one, too.  It definitely helped; I have stairs in my house, and I was pretty bad about going up and down.  I needed all the support I could get!
