anything else you want in there (mushrooms, peppers, spinach, bacon, ham, broccoli, etc)
2 pie crusts
salt and pepper to taste
Beat eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper. Add in whatever else you'd like (things like bacon and ham and spinach need to be pre-cooked). Add cheese. Mix well, split between 2 crusts. Cook at 350 for around an hour (it won't jiggle if it's done).
Stuffed peppers--bell peppers of your choice
Beans, cooked rice, diced tomatoes or salsa, cheese, ground beef or chicken, whatever you want. Mix all the stuffing stuff in a skillet. Cut the center out of a pepper and put in the stuffing. Grill or bake until the peppers are tender. Some people blacken them before stuffing.
Shrimp or chicken with garlic butter sauce (melt butter and add in garlic until garlic is tender) with linguine and broccoli....easy and quick!
Meatloaf--super easy if you use a jar of salsa instead of peppers and tomato sauce. Just add about 1/2 cup milk per lb of beef or turkey, 1 egg, and then however much salsa and breadcrumbs look right. Add salt and pepper, too. Oh, and cook with ketchup or tomato sauce on top at 350 for about an hour. We cook ours in muffin tins and they're done in around 20 minutes.
Sorry--my stuff isn't exact. I just do it and never measure.
Rice with the seasoning in the box with chicken (just chop and boil in the rice while it's cooking). Add in broccoli if you want.
totally not laughing, because when I first made this I wasn't sure either. I but PepperRidge Farm (I think that's the brand) Smoked Kielbasa. It's shaped like a tube/and the ends touch like a U- does that make sense? In that section of the meat dept though, you'll find all sorts of different kinds. I've also use the Beef Sausage, the skinless ones... basically, any type of sausage that's a little bigger round then a quarter. I cut them in circles, then in half. Make them a great shape for DS to eat.

This is a HUGE hit with DS and DH. I use a can of corn and a can of green beans though instead of frozen vegs. It's super easy and one skillet meal.
This is super easy and very good!

Wait, so you put the uncooked rice on the bottom and raw chicken in there too, and it comes out perfect and yummy? Oh man- that is too easy!!!
