Sleepless nights
I have a 5 1/2 month old little girl and i'm 3 months pregnant. I need all the sleep I can get, but my little girl wakes up in the middle of the night. Once I go check up on her I can never go back to sleep. I'm up for the next 3-4 hours.
My husband works 24 hour shifts so when he's home he helps me out a bit, but I still manage to wake up. Any suggestions??? Anything will help I just want my sleep back.
