need Pediatrician near Mundelein...

I'm reduced to tears because I really am not confident in our current pedi, she's very new and seems very inexperienced. Can someone please recommend one near Mundelein? we just moved so I'm not too familiar with the area but I am willing to drive to Libertyville, vernon hills and others not too far. dd is only a week old so I'm desperate to find a competant pedi asap! thanks!!!

I take my DD to Advocate Medical in Libertyville on Hollister (really close to Hawthorne Mall).  She sees Dr. Erlich, but all of them are great!  The # is 847-680-8066.   HTH

Awww, I'm sorry you aren't feeling comfortable with your ped. That's got to be an awful feeling.

We've been going to our ped for over six years now. He was recommended to us from our friend with triplets. We actually followed him from his previous practice to the one he's at now.

My DD is going to see Drs. Libit out of Vernon Hills Pediatric.  They are husband and wife.  They have been around forever.  Dr. Sharon Libit is also a pediatric neurologist.

We see Dr. Terkildson out of Lake Forest Pediatrics - www.lakeforestpediatrics.com they have offices in Vernon Hills, Lake Forest and Lindenhurst.  He was actual the ped my husband and I used when we were in the Navy we all got out at the same time and we followed him - all my friends out of the area are jealous we still see him.  I love him, he is great and so are the other dr.s in the practice.  They will see you 7 days a week and have sick call too - they even see patients on holidays so there is never a need to go to the er.  HTH

We love Dr. Devaney at Mundelein Pediatrics. ?The practice is located in Grayslake at the Condell Medical Building. ?They are affiliated with Condell Hospital and Lake Forest Hospital.
