Free work out "class" in Burnsville

I have done this for the past 2 weeks & really love it so I thought I would pass it on. It happens every Tuesday at the Burnsville Center & Thursday at Sunset pond park from 9:30am - 10:30am. It is a great chance to work out with out with you LO and the best part is that it is free.

Hopefully it'll still be going once I have my LO and am ready to work off the weight! ;-) Sounds fun! What kind of exercise is it?

You do power walking laps & then stretching with bands. I am sure it will still be going
