We use Dr. Carr at Pediatrics Plus on Osceola Ave. in Orlando. He is AWESOME. We switched our DD (13 months) to him after having a horrible experience with our first pediatrician. He is compassionate, laid back, and very supportive of whatever you choose to do, i.e. "letting parents be parents."
Pediatrics of Brevard is wonderful. My brother and I went there our whole childhoods. I chose to go there regularly until I moved to Orlando for college, and for a few random weekend emergancies until I was 21 years old. They are top notch. My brother is a hemophiliac, he needed a level of medical attention that most practices cannot provide and they were able to treat him. I am now 15 weeks pregnant and I would chose them no doubt if I still lived in Brevard.
Re: DD needs a Dr.
I'm looking for pediatricians in the East Orlando area....so I know how you're feeling. :-)
Go Red Sox!! :-) Are you from Boston area?
I was born in Boston, grew up in Woburn, and most of my family is in Western Mass. :-)
