We have comcast cable, internet and phone and this has never happened.  Now it shows up with every call hmmm

Our satellite company offers that. We just have to hook the phone line to the box and it'll start doing it.

My parents does too.  It's an option...you don't have to have it activated.

us too.  Last wed we had a 10 min outage of the phone and they must have upgraded the system.

That's funny - we have comcast too, and we tried to set that up but it didn't work. And yours just started doing it by itself.?

They probably just did an update. That's how it happened on mine except they did warn us ahead of time, I kept waiting for it.

I actually think it's hilarious--no need to get up to check the phone, you just keep your fat butt right on the couch and keep watching that TV!

there is a way to disable it I can't remember how, it's in your interactive settings I think. It was really annoying for us. sometimes it showed up in the middle of the screen and it was huge sometimes small in the bottom and it did not go away until you hit exit or something on the remote if you missed the call.

I have Comcast, and that has been happening for at least 5 months or so. I love it! However, I still get up off the couch out of habit!!!!!!!!
