Reversal Success? Where was it done?

Hi out there

I'm new to the board and I'm wondering if you have or know of any stories of successful reversals?  My DH has 2 grown children from his first marriage and had a vasectomy about 15 years ago...Suprisingly my insurance actually covers the procedure - but the problem is that what the insurance company deems what the procedure is worth - and what the doctor does isn't even close - so basically we have been denied at 4 doctors already b/c our health insurance is too good (and you thought you had heard it all) anyway - we don't have the 20K that it costs out of pocket to do the surgery so i was wondering if anyone out there has any similiar stories - or knows of anyone that has gone thru this as well.  Sorry for the long post - thanks for reading!!!
