DS woke up with a 102.6 and with motrin it went to 100.1 It's back up and now 103.6
I called the pediatrician and talked to a new receptionist who was giving advice...
I tend to overreact when it comes to DS but was wondering what is too high?
His only other symptom is that he threw up his lemonade this morning (he helped himself)
any ideas?
Re: what temp to take in to doc?
How old is he?
Has he been sick with a cold or anything? Are there any other symptoms? Is he inconsolable or is he still able to play by himself happily?
He's three and he's been whining and crying here and there. Mainly content to lay on the sofa. Though he did spend a half hour playing at DH's work with him.
Yesterday he only ate breakfast and had fluids from what I've gathered...I was gone for lunch and he took a nap when I got home and then we had a party and he refused to eat (which is not unusual for him...I didn't realize he wouldn't eat lunch for DH) He did drink a ton of fluid yesterday and he played super hard.
I dunno. I think I would take either of my girls in to make sure they don't have an ear infection and I would start alternating Tylenol and Motrin to keep the fever below 103.
