Wah, I'm in pain

So I was good up until last night, in fact, I thought I'd hit the wisdom teeth surgery jackpot. But last night the pain started to radiate & I'm very sore today. It also doesn't help that the 800mg ibuprofen is making me so drowsy. Any suggestions on getting through today? I'm so sore
