Our house that is. We dont have a realtor yet, just FSBO right now. Im getting flyers together etc. Im in no rush but we want to move you know....so why not test the waters.

I think patience in this market will prob be the best medicine.....if I want it too much it wont happen but if I take it slow and see what happens we may just get lucky!

Good luck!! We did FSBO but contracted with the buyers agent at a very reduced commission rate. She found a buyer in three days so her comm was worth it! If you aren't in a hurry I would def do FSBO. Have fun looking at new houses!

good luck! We are doing the same thing; getting it ready for the market right now when we don't have to move, so we can be more picky about the price.

Yeah we are staying pretty close to where we are just hoping to upgrade and get in a better school district. Plus we want to be more into Davidson county where taxes are lower and the commute to work may be a little better.

Im not looking at houses yet....I dont want to torture myself

GL!  And I agree about not looking at any houses yet, you'll just drive yourself crazy!  Maybe you can move into our school district and AT and Eli can go to the same school
