DS is being difficult

he is sleepy, won't let me hold him to go to sleep, and now he is throwing pacis out of his crib one by one.

When Lili does that, all that I can do is put her in her crib and close the door. I choose not to put the pacifiers back in more than once because she turns it into a game.

I feel bad that he is sleepy but won't sleep (been there done that) but I had to laugh imagining the pacis being thrown out of the crib in protest.

I do this too.  I only go in once and give him back his binky and his bear, otherwise he'll play his entire nap time.

DD does something similar.  When she starts to throw things or slap me/the crib, etc. I leave the room.  She usually passes out w/in 1-2 minutes afterwards.  I think its just burning off steam/tired frustration, and leave her to work through it.
