Where do you hang out with your little one?

I am running out of places to go with my little guy (I have to stop going to the malls Way to many cute outfits for him). I am looking at getting a zoo membership so we can go there a lot & I have thought about doing underwater world (but still not sure).

Where do you take your little ones when it's to warm to be outside?

we just go walk around the lake. pretty much everyday I'm off, we're there. One of the lakes in Mpls, Nokomis is a good one, or Harriet. Also the farmer's market on the weekends (but put them in the baby carrier, not a lot of room for strollers).

At the library for storytime, storytime at ChooChoo Bobs, storytime at Wild Rumpus, storytime  at the Red Balloon, at the coffee shops, Java Train in my neighborhood always has a ton of moms.

search indoor playgrounds for minneapolis.  there are lots of them around.   local pool?   we watch videos in our basement where it is nice and cool.  children's museum.   playland-mcdonalds/burger king etc.

ice cream parlor for a treat!!

I love the free passes but saddly they don't offer the zoo once daring the summer months

We walk around Minnehaha, library,  go to the lake/beach, go to LLL meetings, and we are going to start ECFE in the fall. Also, we visit the grandmas and the aunties too and just hang out in their backyards.

The zoo membership is SOOOO worth it!  DS loves the zoo and would be happy to go there everyday if I took him!  In the winter we go almost once a week.

Other indoor ideas - Edinborough Park, Children's museum, BK/McDonalds play place, library story time, playdates with other kids at someones house, rides at MOA.

Como Zoo in St. Paul is a great place and it is free to get in (suggested donation).  It is outdoors but it is another great place to roam around.
