    No, it's a rental. I wish we owned it! lol. We've been in an apartment since we got married and this is our first house. We know the owners and they aren't looking to sell anytime soon, so we plan on being here pretty long term. We're hoping eventually they'll decide to sell and then we can buy it. It's our friend's mom's house and she is too old/sick to live alone, so they are just renting it out for now.
