anyone read 12 Hours Of Sleep by 12 Weeks?

My daughter will be 12 weeks next week.  Is it something you have to implement from the beginning or a book that might be useful for her now (even though she'd be older)?

Did you find the strategies to work?

I read it (but obviously haven't tried it yet).  She says that it is best to start from the beginning but that you can implement her technique with an older infant.
