I was lucky to not have bad morning sickness, but was really tired. I did a lot of activites on our bed or on the floor! Coloring, laying on the floor playing with cars, reading books, building blocks....anything where I could lay down and not use a lot of energy.
Anyone around that can take your dc? I would get one or two afternoons where my mom would come over and play with ds to give me a little break.
TV and lots of playdates at the park to wear DD out. I found that sometimes it was better to just go to the park by myself, so DD didn't have conflict with other children and could just play by herself and I could rest on a bench.
J watched sooooo much TV. I went on the m/s meds and they helped, but made me more exhausted. I would put J on one end of the couch and put my legs over his legs and lay down. So, if I fell asleep, I would be able to feel him get up.
Unfort. I couldn't go out and about much since I needed to be near the bathroom and my barf bag.
I was only sick with #1, but I was SO tired this time. DD watched more TV than normal. I also had her sit next to the couch in her rocking chair while I read book to her so I could lay down while I did it. She started telling everyone that "Mommy lay on the couch and close eyes." Fantastic. I also slept or rested during her naptime pretty much every day just so I could make it through the rest of the day.
I agree with pp's. You kind of just get through it. DS also watched more TV than usual. We had just moved nearly across the country when I got PG. Didn't know anyone, not family around. It was hard. I also had more m/s with DD than with DS, so it wasn't very easy. Evenings were tough - I was completely useless (exhausted and sick as a dog). You'll get through it, just don't beat yourself over the head ...

I was really exhausted when I was pregnant with DS; DD watched lots of TV : (
I am much less exhausted this time, so no worries there...
I did what I could to make it through the days. I was on zofran up until 18w.
We watched A LOT of tv at first. I was so sick, I needed to be near a bathroom or a garbage can. And I slept as much as she'd let me.
I have no advice that's worth anything. Just drink lots of water, rest as much as you can, and know that the kids won't remember this part!

Feel better!
