I have the snoogle if that's what that is. It makes leeping much easier. It's pretty long so I'm not sure esactly how you would breast feed two at the same time but you can bend it in half and stuff. And the other day it dawned on me that I could lay the babies on it like a boppy and maybe even use it for tummy time so I think it's a good investment. -Marcie
that isn't a snoogle but looks sort of similar. I can't imagine trying to arrange that pillow around me & getting comfortable and then positioning 2 babies...
I don't have that pilow, but I used the EZ2nurse pillow and honestly, unless you will have someone handing you the babies every time you nurse, you will want something extremely easy to 'put on' - this pillow looks a little complicated. But really comfy!!!!
I bought the grow-to-sleep pillow (looks similar to the one you posted) and it has been WONDERFUL to comfortably sleep every night! The package came with drawings of other ways to use it--it did say "great to use to breastfeed twins" and also said it was a good one for if you have a c-section.
I figure I'd give it a shot at using with the twins when I nurse and see how it goes. Regardless, though, I feel it's "paid off" already solely for use in the pregnancy. It's a funny, bulky looking thing, but it sure beats wedging pillows behind my back every night and stuffing one between my knees
I had that pillow and it was awesome! I slept like a baby in it. The major drawback is that it's huge and takes up a lot of bed space.
I never tried to breastfeed with it (I only BF'd for a week) - but I can't imagine that it would be particularly easy because of it's size. It seems like it would be too bulky.

Re: anyone have this maternity pillow? Can you really nurse with it?
Is it the snoogle? I have the snoogle and I sleep with it. It's made by that company but I can't tell if that is a special model for bf'ing or not.
I'm still planning to get the ex-2-nurse pillow for nursing the twins.
