Another update

I got a call from my REs office about my b/w and when they wanted to do my IUI.  As I had previously posted I only have one follicle that is maturing (after all these darn meds), so I've been feeling very pessimistic.

They want me to do another 75IU of Gonal-F tonight and then my trigger shot tomorrow (Sat) night.  DH goes in at 9:30 Monday morning for his job and I'm in at 11am for the IUI.

I asked about why my CBEFM and meds don't seem to be jiving and why I only have one follie.  She said my number was 240 which definitely signifies 1 ripe follie and that they have had people get pg off of just one follie.  Let's hope that I'm one of those lucky ones and it's really my cervix that is still keeping me from getting pg.

we are a week apart for IUI!!!

so do you still use cbefm on medicated cycles? i didn't do it religiously last month but this month i figured i'd give it a try. it gave me peak the day after trigger which seems to be correct b/c my LH was way up the day i did the trigger (based on the bloodwork).

so exciting! fingers crossed for you!?

is 240 your Estrogen??

i wish i took better notes on my numbers but i do know my estrogen was 764 the day i triggered. i had 17/16/14/14mm follies. LAST month i only had ONE so i know how you feel. after ALL those meds and all i get is one stinking follie? it's like those t-shirts that say "my grandma went to paris and all i got was a shirt". hehe. hopefully you'll get bfp and we can make you a shirt that says "one follie got me this" with a down arrow to your belly. ;-)

I used my CBEFM 2 years ago when I did my first IUI and it tracked right along with me and the meds.

This IUI cycle I'm using it and it told me low after 5 days of clomid and 2 days worth of injections.  Probably because it's only one follie in there "cranking" out the hormones.

An E2 level of 240 is great for one follicle, so that should be nice and mature.  Here's hoping it's the one that = a BFP!  GL!
