All the sales on summer clothes right now has me wanting to stock up for next year for DD, but I'm not sure what size she's likely to be. At almost 2 years old, she's now 27 pounds and wearing 2T's, though in some brands (Children's Place) she's almost ready for a 3T. Would a 4T or 5T for next year likely be a safe bet? And how does sizing work when they get bigger -when do they start wearing 'small' size kids clothes rather than toddler sizes?
Thanks!
Re: What size does your 2.5 -3 year old wear?
Jack wears a 24m or 2T in most things now. For next summer I'm buying him 3T and smaller 4T tops and 3T shorts.
Jack is 37-38" and 31lbs. He'll be three in September.
