I don't but in the morning it is loaded. I feel bad going that long. She doesn't have diaper rash and it doesn't seem to bother her. she'll go about 8 hrs. Just curious what others do.
I usually do, but that's mainly because he's still feeding in the middle of the night.

When he wakes up in the middle of the night to eat I change him. When he starts sleeping longer I will probably just let him sleep. He usually doesn't poop until after he wakes up anyway. I hear him stirring and start getting things ready for a diaper change, and then he poops right before I change his diaper (or sometimes right after I get a fresh one on him).
i change lulabelle when i feed her at the 2 or 3-ish am feeding. once she starts sleeping through the night i don't see myself getting up to change her if she sleeps on through.
this may be a wives tale but i've heard (or maybe read... can't remember) that LO's don't have bowel movements unless they are in a semi-awake state... but this might be a load of crap (haha) since i've had some pretty full, pretty dried up poops that i've changed in the mornings.
It depends. If she has pooped, yes always. If I feel her diaper and it doesn't feel like she has gone much, I won't. If it's full, I will. But a lot of the time she will go from 8 or 9 pm until 4 or 5 without wetting much, so I don't change her.

He only gets changed during the night if he is being fed and therefore already semi-awake.
My LO will not continue to sleep if he is uncomfortable (checking all systems: temperature, hunger, dry'ness).
I would not wake a baby simply to change them. They will let you know if they are uncomfortable either by verbalizing or by it physically manifesting itself into a rash.
I used to change my DD in the middle of the night but I read it wakes them up so i stopped. It's the best thing i could've done in order for me to get more shuteye. If she's wide awake during the middle of the night for some reason I change her, i figure she's already up why not. But if she's out cold; no way. I feel bad too but she's fine. I put some diaper rash on her before bed for prevention and to sleep we go. Obviously if she poops I would change her.

If he's gonna eat anyway, I do it before the feeding. but lately he has been STTN and waking up wet from leaking.
I used Huggies Overnights for the first time last night and they are FABULOUS!
this.
Unless he obviously pooped, then I change him sooner.?
