Rec your camera

I'm looking for a smaller camera (purse/diaper bag size)... Give me some recs :)

Re: Rec your camera

  • I really like my Cannon PowerShot.  I have the SD1100IS.  It does great for a point and shoot.

  • I have a Kodak Easyshare in the 'C' series.. I'm not sure the model but they don't make it anymore so it really doesn't matter.  For a point and shoot, it is great.  There are lots of settings... my favorite for taking pics of DD is the "motion" setting.  She can be flailing all around and nothing is blurry.  We took some wakeboarding pictures with it a few summers ago and you could see the individual drops of water.  I also have the printer dock for it which I really only use to charge it but it does print nicely (much better than the printer with our computer).
  • I second the Canon Powershot. I love it! I loved the first one I had, but DH dropped it and broke it 2 weeks after DS was born. It was something like Elph or something close to that. Now I have a blue one. Not as big a fan of it, because it is cheaper, but it works just as good.
